The Monroe Police Department is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in providing professional law enforcement services to the City. Our Command Staff oversees the Operations and Administrative Services Bureaus.
Our Operations Bureau is responsible for providing 24-hour a day 9-1-1 call response to Monroe and includes the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division, and Traffic Enforcement Team.
Our Administrative Bureau supports recruitment/hiring, case management, communications, crime data and mapping and other administrative functions. Our Community Outreach Team, School Resource Officer, Property and Evidence Unit, and Community Service Officers function within this Bureau.
