PLEASE NOTE - Due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, there will be no fingerprinting services until further notice. See below for a list of places to contact for fingerprinting services.
Identogo: The nearest location for this company is 530 SW Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA 98204. They are open Tuesday-Sunday, 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm. Walk-ins are accepted but appointments are recommended. To make an appointment, visit identogo.com, select customer services at bottom of pages, and click through the following: fingerprint card, schedule appointment, schedule or manage appointment, personal info, select location, select date/time.

Effective June 24, 2019, the Monroe Police Department will be fingerprinting individuals that live inside the city limits of Monroe only as well as Monroe School District employees. Fingerprinting hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. There may be occasions that arise during an emergency situation that may prevent immediate service, however; alternate dates and times will be provided.
Fees
Fingerprinting fees are regulated by a City of Monroe Fee Resolution that is reviewed each year. Fingerprinting fees have been established as follows:
