Monroe 30 Preliminary Plat

The applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval for a 213-lot subdivision (179 detached residential lots and 34 townhome lots) on approximately 29.89 acres in the Single-Family Residential – 7 Units per Acre (R7) zoning district with associated grading, drainage improvements, landscaping, wetland mitigation, and street frontage improvements.   The existing detached residential structures and outbuildings will be demolished. The proposed development will take access off of 175th Ave. SE and 178th Dr. SE.
