Court Payments

The Monroe Municipal Court offers several ways to pay a traffic citation or court fine or fee associated with a traffic infraction, parking ticket, or misdemeanor or criminal violation. 

You must pay the fine in full or set up a time payment plan on or before your due date to avoid collections.

Pay Online

You may pay your fines and fees online through Point and Pay, any time of day. Online payments will be processed on the following business day. pay online icon

To pay online, you will need to enter your

  • Case/citation number 
  • Full name 
  • Email address for a system generated receipt (optional).  

Point and Pay is a third-party vendor, and additional fees will vary with the amount of the fine being paid

Pay By Mail

The Court accepts check or money orders by mail. Please do not send cash. To make a payment by mail:

  • Make the check/money order payable to Monroe Municipal Court 
  • Include case number/citation number 
  • Provide your full name on the check or money order. 
  • Mail payment to Monroe Municipal Court, 806 W Main, Monroe WA 98272 
  • Drop Box: The Court accepts payments (check, money order, or cash) at the drop box located at the Monroe Civic Campus, 806 W Main, Monroe WA. 

Pay By Phone

You may pay by phone with Visa or Mastercard during court hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 360 863-4548. The court is closed between 12 and 1p.m. for lunch.
