How does Animal Control handle excessive barking complaints?

When there's a complaint about animal noise, Animal Control informs both the complainant and the owner about the noise codes. According to the code, animals shouldn't make loud noises for more than 10 minutes continuously or 30 minutes intermittently. The owner is asked to address the complaint, and if the noise persists and is verified by an officer, an infraction may be issued.
