The City of Monroe Parks and Recreation Department is proud to partner with Skyhawks sports programs for the benefit of our community youth. These programs are available for ages 4 to 14. Each participant enrolled in a Skyhawks program receives a t-shirt and sports ball. Parents and athletes can find more information for this years programs at the Skyhawks website.
