NOTICE is hereby given of the Hearing Examiner decision on Conditional Use application 13-CUP-0001 to operate an amusement facility (the “Family Entertainment Center”) on certain property located within the Historic Main Neighborhood of the Downtown Commercial zoning district located within the City of Monroe.

The Hearing Examiner has APPROVED the requested Conditional Use permit. The decision is considered issued on February 14, 2014 (the day the decision was mailed to all parties of record).

REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION PROCEDURE: Requests for reconsideration may be requested by the applicant, party of record, or the City and must be filed in writing with the Community Development Director within 10 calendar days of the issuance date of the decision. Request for reconsideration procedures are per MMC 21.50.080.

NOTICE OF RIGHT OF APPEAL: The Examiner’s final decision is subject to the right of any party of record to appeal to the Monroe City Council within 15 working days following issuance of this Decision in accordance with MMC 21.60.020 All appeals shall be filed in writing with the Community Development Director.
