The annual R/C Unlimited Apple Cup returns to Monroe on September 7, 2025. This is a Radio Controlled Model Boat Race. The course is set up just off the shore from the boat launch. Spectators are welcome, come watch the unique sport of model boat racing. It is the largest RC Model Hydroplane club in the United States and quite possibly the oldest.
Please note: For safety, the beach, swim area and lake will be closed to all users from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
