[ARCHIVED] Orca Recovery Day - Community Event

Puget Sound’s Orca pod, the Southern Residents, need our help to sustain their food source and keep their waterways clean. Be a part of Orca Recovery Day, Sat. Oct. 19, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Sky River Park, 413 Sky River Parkway, Monroe, to learn more about regional efforts to save our Orcas. Informational booths, tree planting, and food trucks. Visit snohomishcd.org/orca-recovery-day to save your spot for tree planting and learn other ways to help. Orca Recovery Day is a region-wide day of action created by the collective Puget Sound Conservation Districts to raise awareness for the local and endangered Southern Resident orcas.
