[ARCHIVED] Parks Department Preparing to Launch CivicRec August 15th

Starting Monday, August 15th users will be able to reserve picnic shelters online through CivicRec, the city’s new shelter reservation system. 

Browse available shelters, create accounts, make reservations, and pay all within a few easy steps. Print your receipt after payment and save your account information for future reservations and an even easier checkout process. The shelters are reserved in 4-hour time blocks which include: 8:30am-12:30pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm and 5:30pm-9:30pm, users can reserve one block or up to three for the full day. The city’s picnic shelter vary in size and shape per location and amenities differ, but can include a charcoal BBQ, picnic tables, electricity, and water access, all perfect for your next celebration. Browse CivicRec starting August 15th to view which shelter best fits your celebration and start planning your next reunion, BBQ, or birthday party.
