Due to water levels, 2 city parks experience closures. Currently, the Skykomish River at Gold Bar is forecast to reach 11.5 feet at approximately 3 PM on Friday, January 31. 2020, cresting at 15.25 feet at approximately 4 PM, Saturday, February 1, 2020.
Al Borlin Park has been closed and will remain closed until re-evaluating water levels on Monday.
The South Parking lot at Skykomish River Park near Wiggly Field remains closed due to standing water. This will remain closed until the water recedes.
