Vacancy: Monroe Planning Commission

MONROE – The City of Monroe is seeking one dedicated Monroe residents to serve on the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission reviews & makes recommendations to the City Council concerning land use issues, including zoning, code changes, and revisions to the Comprehensive Plan.
The Planning Commission meets monthly on the 2nd & 4th Mondays, 7:00 p.m., at Monroe City Hall.
The open position is available to citizens living within the City Limits of Monroe. Applicants with a variety of skills, interest and experiences are encouraged to apply.
Submit Letter of Interest to Mayor Robert Zimmerman, Attention: Eadye Martinson. Letters of Interest will be accepted until the position is filled. Interested applicants will be contacted for an interview.
