Notice is hereby given that the City of Monroe is scheduled to adopt the Integrated GMA/SEPA 2015-2035 Comprehensive Plan/Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) by the enactment of Ordinance No.021/2015 on December 8, 2015.
