Commute Trip Reduction online survey open until May 18
The City’s Commute Trip Reduction Plan (CTR) details requirements for employers to implement programs that encourage the reduction of the number of trips and miles people drive alone to work. Monroe is partnering with Community Transit and other jurisdictions in Snohomish County to update our four-year CTR plan, which includes strategies to reduce traffic congestion, air pollution, and fuel consumption by encouraging alternative transportation options for commuters. To update our 2025-2029 plan appropriately, we need your input.
Please complete the online survey at https://ctgo.org/ctrplans by Saturday, May 18. This survey asks your thoughts on our community’s transportation system, barriers, needs, and opportunities.
Once responses to the survey are collected, we will update the plan and present it to the community via a second online open house from June 17 – July 19.
