The Lake Tye Triathlon is returning to Lake Tye for the 14th annual USAT Sanctioned race. This event will include sprint, olympic, and youth triathlons. In addition, duathlon and aquabike races will be offered. This race is great for the beginner to the elite and just may be the flattest and fastest course in the Pacific Northwest. The course offers great views for spectators so be sure to bring your friends and family to cheer you on. Awards will be given for the top 3 in each age group. Full pancake breakfast included as well as finisher medals, goodie bag, swim cap, swag, and a day full of fun.
ROAD CLOSURE NOTIFICATION:
There will be full road closure of Fryelands Blvd. North Bound from Currie Road SE to Tye Street and South Bound from Tye Street to Main Street. The closure will be in effect from 6:00am until 1:00pm on Aug. 5. Detour information will be posted.
