The City of Monroe will host a virtual workshop next Monday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m. for prospective American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) applicants. This workshop will review the City's ARP contract templates, and the terms and conditions of each contract type. Contract guidelines include minimum insurance scope and amounts of coverage, records maintenance, ethics and legal compliance, and nondiscrimination and equal employment provisions.
