Governor Chris Gregoire joins President Obama in directing Washington State and United States flags at all Washington State government facilities be lowered to half-staff Friday, September 14 in memory of U.S. Ambassador Neil Armstrong who was killed in Libya last night.
Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business Friday, September 14.
Other government entities, citizens and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.
