The City of Monroe is currently seeking applicants to fill the following vacancy on the Monroe Planning Commission:
1 – Planning Commissioner (Fill a vacant term ending December 31, 2019)
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Open until filled; first review: Wednesday, May 25, 2016
Planning Commission - reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council concerning land use and other related issues including zoning, code changes, and revisions to the comprehensive plan. See Monroe Municipal Code 2.32 for additional information.
Planning Commission members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
