Monroe Police Officer's Association

Monroe Police Officer’s Association

The Monroe Police Officer's Association (MPOA) is a 501(c)(3) organization that has been serving our community since its establishment in 1985. Comprised of current and former Monroe Police Department and city employees, the MPOA is committed to fulfilling its mission statement of being "Dedicated to the Community."

The members of MPOA generously volunteer their time and financial support to various causes, charities, and individuals in need within our community and law enforcement family. Each year, MPOA organizes events and provides financial assistance for initiatives such as "Shop with a Cop," the City of Monroe Easter Egg Hunt, Monroe High School Academic Scholarships, "Toys 4 Tots," Little League and Miracle League, Sky Valley Food Bank, and Take the Next Step.

We are grateful for the unwavering support of the community we serve, and in return, we aim to express our gratitude by giving back.  All proceeds raised by MPOA are reinvested in our local community, directly benefiting the residents of Monroe. If you would like to make a donation to MPOA, please reach out to Sergeant Lether via email

We invite you to visit the MPOA Facebook page for more information and updates on our ongoing initiatives. Together, we can make a positive impact and continue to build a stronger, more connected community in Monroe.
