Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Concomitant Rezone
Description:
This is an amendment to the City of Monroe Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation and a concomitant rezone changing the zoning classification of approximately 50 acres of land located north of US 2 near the eastern city limits of the City of Monroe from Limited Open Space to General Commercial.

This proposal also includes changes to the City of Monroe Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element.
