Governor Inslee has directed that United States flags be lowered to half-staff in honor and remembrance of United States Representative Donald McEachin from Virginia.

The Monroe shelter is located at New Hope Fellowship Church 1012 West Main St.

The Snohomish shelter is located at the Snohomish Evangelical Free Church 210 Avenue B.
