The youth activities building has been leased to the Monroe branch of the Snohomish County Boys & Girls Club since it opened in the 1990's. Building improvements listed below are expected to cost approximately $1.6 million and are funded through grants provided by Snohomish County and the Washington State Department of Commerce to the City of Monroe.
